The threaded rods are fitted into a concrete base and through mounting holes in the bottom panel of the item, securing the item to the floor.If you are not securing the parcel box to a concrete base, the MEFA Easy Mounting Kit is available which provides additional fixing points suitable for using in non-permanent bases (e.g. soil).
